Thank you for coming to the Spring Gala and supporting our school! We have raised just over $15,000 for our students and staff! There is still time to support our school and help us get to our stretch goal of $20,000.
Collaborative Art Prints:
Each class created a beautiful piece of art. Each art piece has been photographed and 5x7 prints are available for purchase for $10. Here is the Order Form
Wine Fundraiser:
Each collaborative art piece has been photographed and turned into a custom wine label. You are able to order red, white and rose wine with the label of your choice for $25 a bottle. Order forms (below) are due on Friday, April 26th and will be available for pick up on May 10th (just in time for Mother's Day!)
Wine Descriptions
Each bottle of wine is $25, with a 10% discount when you buy more than 12 bottles.
Please send the completed form and your check to the school by April 26th (mail, drop off at the front office, send it with your child, or email a picture of the form to ceptsa@outlook.com)
If you would like to pay via credit card, please use the form below. We will validate the payment against your order form, so please make sure your name matches.
As a reminder, all orders must be to the school and fully paid by April 26th. Wine will be available for pick up on May 10th.
