CEPTSA is a volunteer supported organization, and we welcome involvement of our school staff, family members, and community partners.
The Riverview School District and Carnation Elementary Guidelines on volunteering have been announced. We now have a clear plan of action for those of you who have been patiently waiting.
All volunteers for the school and/or PTSA need to complete the Riverview School District Volunteer Application. Click here to complete this online application. All school volunteers must renew their background checks every two years. It is a good idea to login and verify your information is current.
Vaccination or Exemption verifications
Once your application is complete and approved you can proceed with the next step of vaccine verification or exemption, followed by attending a Volunteer Orientation. You may email a copy of your card to the office at firstname.lastname@example.org OR bring a copy of your card to volunteer orientation. If you are requesting an exemption, please email Mrs. Bookey at email@example.com for directions.
All Carnation Elementary volunteers will be required to attend a Volunteer Orientation prior to their first volunteer time.
The orientation will be facilitated by Mrs. Bookey and will review safety and health protocols as well as general expectations for volunteers. Please call the office at 425-844-4550 to sign up for a date.
