Last month, when we asked 100 high school students if they have an adult to talk to about mental health or substance use, 75% said yes. Thatâs something to celebrate â and something to build on.
To keep growing this momentum, we need your voice! Our It Starts With You community survey helps us understand perceptions to strengthen youth connections through open conversation and support.

 The survey is available online in English and Spanish and at all Snoqualmie Valley KCLS Libraries.
