Your donation supports the following needs:

*Funds to teachers for various classroom projects or needs that fall outside of the school budget

*School beautification projects and improvements to the school including the Library, Playground and more

*Reflections Art Contest, Talent Show, 5th Grade Recognition

• Gold Sponsor: $500
• Silver Sponsor: $300
• Bronze Sponsor: $150
• Note: If you would like to make an in-kind donation and donate an item for our school auction, we would love to work with you and would use the value of the items donated toward your sponsorship level.

All sponsors and logos will receive recognition on:

• CEPTSA website
• CEPTSA newsletter sent home with students
• Recognition at the event
• For $150 + donors, your logo will be added to a banner hung outside the school near the parent pickup area all year long! (Your level of sponsorship will determine the size and placement of your logo on the banner.)

Payments can be made online using the form below - OR - checks can be made out to "Carnation Elementary PTSA" and mailed to the school at the following address:
