Talent Show Participants! Auditions start tomorrow!!
Please select a time slot below. (For those students who turned in permission slips by 2/17).
What to know about auditions:
Auditions are mandatory – your student will not be able to participate if they do not attend one of the two audition days. If this is not possible with your schedule, please contact Shelly Huffman ASAP at CETalentShow@gmail.com
Please bring music (edited if possible) and/or any props you might need. It doesn’t have to be perfect, it just gives us a quick preview of what will be performed. Each act needs a time slot. Please sign up for one date only.

Thursday, 2/19 (3:50-5pm) OR
Friday, 2/20 (2:20-4pm).

We’re getting ready to celebrate the incredible diversity within our school community with Multicultural Night on Wednesday, April 15th!
We’re looking for parents and families who would like to either:
Host a booth representing a culture or country (share food, music, traditions, or crafts!)
Join our planning committee to help organize and coordinate this special event.
If you’re interested in hosting a booth or helping with planning, please email Noha at ceptsa@outlook.com as soon as possible!
**Update for Before School Clubs**
Due to a Mid-Winter break schedule conflict, there will be NO CLASSES the week of February 16-20th.
The Art and Chess Clubs will add those classes to the end of the current sessions.
The Theater Club will start on February 26th.

Pickup will be from 4-5pm right outside the gym doors.

Carnation Elementary’s Tiger Watch, a PTSA volunteer program, draws inspiration from the national Watch D.O.G.S. initiative to cultivate a more positive school climate. Our program actively seeks a diverse range of volunteers, particularly encouraging male role models such as dads, uncles, grandpas, and other father figures. We warmly welcome parents, family, and community members from all backgrounds to contribute as positive influences, helping to create a safe and supportive learning environment for every student.

Cupid’s Clay Café is this Wednesday, and we are so excited! 
This event is for Carnation Elementary families who have RSVP’d, and we are truly blown away by the number of students planning to paint with us.

To make sure everyone has enough space and a comfortable experience, we’ll be encouraging families to attend during the following time frames:

Grades K–2: 5:00–6:00 PM

Grades 3–5: 6:00–7:00 PM
We understand these time slots may not work for everyone, but this structure helps ensure a positive and relaxed environment for all participants.
In addition, we have a low-sensory experience reserved for students who would benefit from a calmer setting with reduced noise from 4:30–5:00 PM.
We can’t wait to see you there and celebrate creativity together!
