A Garden Takes Shape at Carnation Elementary
Thanks to Carnation Elementary 3rd Grade Teacher, Dani Geitzke, we have pictures from recent work by parents and community members to move soil and set logs to establish a garden at the school.
Dani shares that Carnation PTSA has awarded grants for native plants, soil and mulch, tools, and additional materials for the project and composted soil was recently donated by Avondale Bark/DeJong Sawdust.
We are so excited to see this come together and thank Dani Geitzke for sharing these updates on progress!
A couple of more Tiger Walk sponsors to acknowledge! We are so appreciative of the support from these businesses!
