Did you use your Frosty coupon yet? If you were at either Movie night or Books Before Bedtime you should have received one per membership card! If you didn’t, let us know so we can get your coupon to you! (There was also a non-food option!) Let us know if that’s more appropriate for your kiddo and we can make that happen too!)

Readers Theatre

Carnation Elementary Fourth Graders Present Readers Theatre!

On October 20, Carnation Elementary Fourth Grade teacher Dawn Green presented her classroom Readers Theatre presentations. Inspired by legendary fairy tales, students read and presented their interpretations of “Chicken Licken”, “Hansel and Gretel”, “Jack and the Beanstalk” and “The Gingerbread Man.”

Family Night Event

On October 12, the Carnation Elementary Multilingual team held their first Family Night event, which saw great attendance and lots of wonderful connections made and experiences shared.

Bingo is coming!

When: Doors open at 6pm, the first game starts at 6:30

Please bring your PTSA card for a special treat!

Reflections Theme Search

Does your tiger have an idea for a Reflections theme? Have them submit it to the Reflections Theme Search! Entries due Nov 1st.

Each year, the National PTA seeks a theme for the Reflections program to be held in two years. They’re currently taking submissions for the 2025-2026 program year now!

The student who submits the winning entry will receive $100 and their theme will be presented at the annual National PTA Convention in June 2024!

Celebrating Tiger Walk!

It’s time to CELEBRATE! Our tigers celebrated their Tiger Walk Fundraising accomplishments last Friday. Classes had pizza parties, stuffies were awarded, kids are picking out books to share with their classmates and the whole school had an extra recess.

The kids had SO much fun and every class this year reached their fundraising goals! Thank you to our generous community for helping us to DOUBLE our fundraising objective this year!
