1) Approved prior meeting minutes and treasurer’s report
2) Voted in new Co-VPs: Casey Hurley and Nya Schiffner, Secretary: Sharesa Hearing, and added Sarah Soptich as a bank signer alongside Kristina and Bethany
3) Approved the 2025-2026 budget:
