Needing Help Is Human!
During the holidays, many people experience deep loneliness or crisis—and reaching out for immediate support connects you to resources designed for these moments. Crisis services are here to respond when you need them, offering care, guidance, and someone to talk to right away. You don’t have to face it alone.

From Empower Youth Network…
The holidays can feel overwhelming for many of us, and reaching out to others is a healthy, common way to feel more supported. You don’t have to carry the stress alone. Asking for help can bring comfort, remind us we’re cared for, and show others that they’re not alone this season either.
Needing Help Is Human, and connection makes us stronger.

Every student deserves a space where they can focus, grow, and feel supported.
This month, we awarded a grant to Carnation Elementary to help create just that. Their physical and occupational therapy classroom will soon have room dividers that reduce distractions and support more focused therapeutic engagement.
Small changes, big impact.
Also, one of the kindergarten classes at Cherry Valley Elementary was awarded a grant to acquire collaborative tables. These innovative tables will transform the classroom by fostering teamwork, providing easier access to shared supplies, and supporting the developmental needs of these young learners.
