Community Survey

October is National Youth Substance Use Prevention Month!
This is a time for communities to come together as partners in prevention, and Empower Youth Network invites adults in the Snoqualmie Valley to take a community survey to inform their work in this space.
The survey is anonymous and will close on November 1. You can take the survey online in English or Spanish, and paper copies are available at our local KCLS library branches.
